Many of us spend 10 or more hours a day behind screens in one form or another resulting in Tech Neck – a sore aching neck, shoulders and/or back, often with headaches.
Most neck and back injuries are from a build-up of repetitive strain, overuse and poor posture. You may already have a hunch that your posture is causing your pain. If you’ve repetitively sought treatment but only had temporary relief, the pain will have spread to your wallet.
